Training Objectives

- Implement essential protections on your workstation and digital devices.
- Adopt good habits for browsing the web, managing passwords and using email securely.
- Better protect your personal data, privacy and everyday digital activities.
Target Audience
Training open to everyone: employees, agents, staff, students, freelancers or individuals who use a computer, email or smartphone and want to improve their everyday digital security — no technical background required.
Prerequisites
Ability to read, write and understand English. Basic computer literacy for everyday use.

- Introduction to data security.
- Securing operating systems.
- Malware and antivirus.
- Internet security.
- Social media security.
- Securing email communications.
- Securing mobile devices.
- Securing the Cloud.
- Securing network connections.
- Data backup and disaster recovery.
- Securing IoT devices and gaming consoles.
- Securing remote work.
Duration & Format
3 days, in-person or remote, in small groups. Course materials in French provided, along with a hands-on workshop. Final certification exam available in French.
